What to send so we can answer faster
The more detail the first message carries, the faster and more precise the answer, with no back and forth. If you can, include in one message:
- The product and its colour: a stole, a cap or a full set.
- The exact words, with diacritics if Arabic, and any drawing or logo as an image.
- The quantity, and for a class order: the list of names and sizes.
- The governorate for delivery, and the ceremony date if you have one.
When to talk to us directly instead of writing?
- A whole class, school or company order. Different names and sizes, and we arrange the design, quantity and delivery with you.
- A child's size or a size not published. The sizes on the site are what we print on today, and anything outside them goes by agreement.
- A specific delivery date (party, shoot, graduation). Tell us the day, and we tell you whether it works before anything starts.
- A change to an existing order. If you placed an order and want to change something, call us on the same order number and we will adjust it if there is still time.
Questions that come up before you talk to us
How much is delivery to my governorate?
Every governorate and its fee is published on the delivery page. 50 EGP for Cairo and Giza, 70 EGP for the other 25 governorates. See your governorate's fee
How long does it take to make?
Making it takes 24 to 48 hours from the phone confirmation. We call to confirm the name and address first, and once made it goes out to your governorate. Preparation and delivery details
Arabic name with diacritics, does it work?
Yes. The studio prints the marks exactly as you write them, and if you type without marks it suggests the diacritics and you decide. How the name is printed with marks
Bulk order, is there a special price?
The prices on the site are per-piece prices. Large orders (10+ pieces) get an agreed price, and that is done by talking, not a screenshot. Send us the count, pieces and sizes. Bulk order details
