When you order
We take your name, mobile number, governorate, address, any notes you write, your spot on the map if you pin one, and your design with its print files. We use them to call you to confirm the order, to print it and to deliver it. We use them for nothing else.
If you sign in with Google
Google gives us your name, email and profile photo, nothing more. We never see your password and we cannot reach anything else in your account. On your account we keep your orders, your cart and the delivery details from your last order, so checkout fills itself in next time. You can change or clear the delivery details on your account page any time.
When you confirm your number on WhatsApp
To make sure the mobile number is really yours, you send us a WhatsApp message with a code. We compare the number it came from with the number you typed, and remember that it is confirmed so you do not have to do it again. The message travels through WhatsApp like any ordinary message.
Cookies
We only use cookies the site needs to work:
- The cart cookie remembers your cart when you are not signed in, for 30 days.
- The sign-in cookie, only if you sign in with Google, for 60 days.
- Small cookies that tell the header how many items are in your cart and that you are signed in.
- A cookie that remembers the numbers you confirmed on this device, for a year.
- A cookie that lets you save the order you just placed to your account, for 6 hours.
- A security cookie for forms, so no other site can submit one in your name.
Who sees your data
- Us, to prepare your order and call you.
- The courier who delivers it: your name, mobile number and address only.
- Google, if you sign in with it.
- WhatsApp, which carries the number confirmation message.
- OpenStreetMap, which loads the map images on the checkout page.
- The Farasa service, when you ask the studio to add diacritics: we send it that text only.
How long we keep it
- A visitor's cart is deleted by itself after 30 days without use.
- Orders are kept as a record of the sale.
- Your account stays until you delete it.
Your rights and deleting your account
Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 you have the right to know your data, to correct it and to ask for it to be deleted. You can delete your account yourself from your account page. That removes your name, email, photo, delivery details, cart and confirmed numbers. Orders you placed stay with us as a record of the sale, no longer linked to any account.
