We deliver to every governorate in Egypt
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt (27 of them), from Alexandria down to Aswan and from the Red Sea across to Matrouh. You do not have to be in Cairo: you pick your governorate on the order page, and the delivery fee is calculated from it.
The delivery fee depends on the governorate, and these are all the published tiers:
The governorates at 95 EGP are: Qalyubia, Sharqia, Dakahlia, Beheira, Monufia, Gharbia, Kafr El Sheikh, Damietta, Port Said, Ismailia, Suez.
The governorates at 110 EGP are: Asyut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Aswan, Red Sea.
These figures are not typed into this page: it reads them from the same table the order is calculated from, so if a governorate's fee changes, what is on this page changes with it at the same moment. And before you confirm the order you can work it out on the screen yourself: your governorate's delivery fee sits next to the piece's price, and the total you will pay is in the order summary.
Paid upfront: by Vodafone Cash or InstaPay
You pay for the whole order, delivery included, before we prepare it. After you confirm the order you land on the payment page, which shows the amount due: send it from Vodafone Cash or any mobile wallet (Orange, Etisalat or WE) to our number, or by InstaPay to our account. No card details are entered anywhere here. The order is a name, a mobile number, a governorate and an address.
The moment the money arrives the payment is confirmed automatically, the payment page knows at once, and we start on your order straight away. And before it ships we call you or message you on WhatsApp.
The figure you pay
The sum is simple and holds no surprises: the piece's price × the quantity + your governorate's fee = what you pay upfront. A single piece is charged at the price published on its own page, the quantity multiplies it, and there is no extra line for the name or the design. The name is part of the piece. every price is published on the graduation prices page.

From the order to your door
This is what happens after you press confirm, in order:
- you choose the piece, the size and the quantity, write your name, mobile number and address, and pick your governorate.
- you land on the payment page with the total, delivery included, and send it by Vodafone Cash or InstaPay.
- the moment the money arrives, the payment is confirmed automatically and the order starts.
- we prepare the order: Made in 24 to 48 hours from the confirmed order, and the printing on the piece happens inside that same window.
- before shipping we call you or message you on WhatsApp. The order leaves us for your governorate, packed under your name, and the courier calls the same number before delivery.
- you receive the order and see the piece and the name with your own eyes, with nothing to pay the courier.
What we need from you on the address
- your name and mobile number: the Egyptian number the courier can reach you on, because it is both the number we call before shipping and the one the delivery is arranged through.
- the governorate: a real choice rather than a formal one. It is what decides the delivery fee above.
- the address in detail: the street, the building number, the floor and any landmark that makes it easier to find. The order form also carries a notes field for anything you want to say about the order or the delivery.
- pinning your location on the map (optional): tap the map at your exact spot. Plenty of Egyptian addresses are a description rather than a number, and the pin is what gets the courier to your door.
Delivery and payment on large orders
An order on the site is built one item at a time: a single piece with its design, even when the quantity of it is more than one. Orders carrying different names. A whole class, a school or a company. Are arranged with us directly: send us the number of pieces, the products and the sizes, and we will arrange the design, the quantity and the delivery with you and agree every detail before anything starts.

How long does it take after the piece is made?
What the site publishes is our preparation window: Made in 24 to 48 hours from the confirmed order. The road itself, though, has no published fixed figure from one governorate to the next, which is why this page carries no delivery-day number: the date depends on the governorate and the route. And if you need the order on a particular day. A party, a shoot, a graduation. Tell us the day before you order, and we will tell you whether it works and arrange around it.
What makes the fee change?
The governorate, and nothing else. There is no extra charge for the quantity, none for the name or the design, and none for how many names an order carries. The fee above is the whole fee, and what you see in the order summary is what you pay upfront, with nothing more for the courier.
Can I pay on delivery?
No. Paying on the site is upfront only, by Vodafone Cash, any mobile wallet or InstaPay, and we start on your order as soon as the money arrives. If you are arranging a large order or need something different, send us the details through the bulk-orders block and we will agree it before anything starts.
